You slay me ronnie. They have been looking for the missing details/information for over a year now. They even did a release in February saying they had a clear path and were moving forward quickly. No broad "hint" about that made 5 months ago.

At a guess the "fantastic deal" unravelled and it has become a Mexican stand off. It's a better guess than your self-serving crap is. The market suspects all is not well and the other Mexico isn't half what it is being cracked up to be either.
