I only read what is important and throw all the garbage out. I just use common sense, my common sense tells me, they have been taking all talks about the JV, now that the company is current and when they get current, in normal circumstances, company will divulge whatever is behind the curtain within two weeks after going current, Like I said I will give it till next week and the most early following week before they announce anything. I am a true believe if there is a true merits to this ticker having in slightest indication that they merging or have JV with RSMMDD, this ticker will go back up with a vengeance, every stock does if the speculation has any merits, I am already up 100%, I could have sold almost around the peak on the last run up, yes the JV will be worth at bare minimum 10 cents with ease, but we need a confirmation, they have been working on this for more than 18 months, the ducks should have be in the row now, If I am out by the 14 day and if they come out on the 15th day, then I will get back in with a 20% premium.
