Doesn't that cause the same problem as over-using antibiotics though? If everyone is proactively throwing Brilacidin around in billions of people monthly doesn't that greatly heighten the chance of a resistant mutation?

There are probably limits to Brilacidin's mutation resistance...particularly in such a large population with such a transmissible disease.
