Charting rarely works on penny stocks:

No volume - around 1% of O/S traded daily, or less

Days to turnover - the longer it takes to turn over the total O/S, the less accurate any chart analysis is.

Doesn't take catalysts into account - chart movement will only reflect catalysts after they happen. It doesn't predict news or other events (good or bad).

When the daily volume gets to 15-20% or more, come talk to me about charting. It's like a backup camera on a car. It's fine to use, but beware of the environment around you as well.

Otherwise, it's all bunk.
