HYSR... You may not realize it, but Looking for a SUBSTRATE (New,) I might add, tells us what we've been saying! There are many available substrates which do not require new patents, but other changes might require Patent changes? If they are required, we shall know about it in the next few months or so? But to start from scratch, as you say, is ridiculous for the Gen2 device!! Maybe you mean start from scratch with the substrate, which doesn't require a new patent! Don't mislead anyone please?

The Gen1 device is the proof of concept only, meaning the science has been upheld by the USPTO, which is an entirely new way to produce Hydrogen Gas! Small basic changes to the structure of the Gen2 device are allowable under the Patent laws, and Nano-technology will be used in conjunction with the substrate, making the system even more efficient and cost effective! But they cannot change the Science without applying for a new Patent App'n! Simple modifications to the structure are always part of a new device, but it doesn't require a revolutionary new form to take the place of a "PROVEN" existing one!

And yes, there was a stream of Technical PRs about the Gen1 device from Tim Young, but you suspiciously fail to remember them!

Please release that letter you talked about, that is if you have one??? Then if what you say about it is detailed in that letter, we can depend upon it for accuracy, not coming from the mouth of a Poster!!
