I understand, and am only reading this, and any replies regarding my health situation, as concern, and possibly useful info. And, Thank You!

14 years before I was diagnosed, in 2016, I moved into a new apartment complex that was surrounded by farmland, and got married eight years later. As the town/suburb grew up around us, a small shopping center went in down a few blocks, and across the street. In it was a Whole Foods, and a Natural Grocers, as well as a Vitamin Shoppe.

As I researched natural treatments, and potential cures, I would walk, or take the short drive across the somewhat busy street, to buy what I had found to possibly be helpful. Moringa powder showed up, and we used it in our morning smoothies, along with a serving from tinctures of goldenseal, mushroom blends, kale, spinach, MCT oil, and a few other things.

*** AND HORSERADISH!!! JUST FOUND OUT THAT IS POWERFUL AGAINS CANCER! ***

Manuka honey, while expensive, is supposed to be really good for you. Down to unfiltered, raw, local honey now. Garlic, rarely. lol. But, Cool Cayenne capsules, the hotter the better. Hot, spicy foods, Baking soda, I usually take a slightly rounded teaspoon of it, stir it in water and drink it. Used to mix it with honey, and need to get back to that combo. ACV, same, mix with a 1/2 cup or so of water. Aloe Vera gel,...supposed to treat 200 ailments, I've read.

Thanks for reminding me of ACV, and the power behind it, need to get a fresh bottle.

Well aware of sugar, and the minute I got back home after receiving the diagnosis, I threw out all the soda, cookies, candy, cake, ice cream, etc., and have stayed off of it 99%.

Big on the "Trojan Horse" tactic. I use sauerkraut for replacing good gut bacterai. Have used yogurt, sugra-free, too.

Turmeric, ginger, zinc, Vit. D, C, apricot pits (B-17, laetrile)mushrooms, you name it, we have it - just about everything one can imagine........our house (bought three years ago) is looking like we are running a vitamin store out of it....just really need to get kick-started on getting back to a stricter regimen again.

Moving miles away from those stores, and now none close by, has been a little more challenging, yet, I have everything stocked up, except fresh fruits/veggies, regularly.

Your concern, as well as others', and your info here, has been a great motivator. THANK YOU!!!!
