Madcasper, Prospector I believe posted that. Yup, Bitmart will be down for system wide upgrades. They have never done that before, always spot fixes. Looks like they will be down to put NSAV on every page. IMO. I think that clinches it. Too many coincidences. But, I could be wrong! I have before. If I was betting on it though. I would say it is 3 to 1 that it is Bitmart. Just my guess. Regardless, any crypto exchange is going to give NSAV big added value.
