Full disclosure to all those that live in a EMA Minion / Vystar IR Fairytale world...

I am a real, long term, shareholder. Any comments to the contrary are 100% false.

My opinions are based on Facts, SEC Filings, & History.

My opinions are NOT based on Vystar IR Fairytales.

The sting is going to hurt either way, (in my opinion)

1. The spinout will go the same route as the last spinout and Share Buyback program, or

2. The Spinout will happen and the PPS will plummet. RXAIR does not have the sales to justify a Spinout or $2/Share!

The Rotten egg on the face will happen, again, like it ALWAYS DOES!

PREEMPTIVE WARNING: To all hopeful longs that think, "this time is it, this time is different..." Lots & Lots & Lots of people in the past have been caught in this web right where you are now "Banking" on this management team. In my DD I can not find 1 happy or satisfied past investor.

Why am I here, still? Same as Capt... The show is better than the price of admission. If I lose my $$ that's OK, I am making WAY more $$ on other investments.
