Just curious, do you think noteholders who know they're going to convert, ever find a way to profit by going short before the notes expire? Imagine the big-time coin that could be banked with a sure-thing short-bet right before notes converted? Pretty sweet gig, eh?!!

Probably just a coincidence that short interest has spiked before recent conversion terms expired. Coincidences seem to follow this shady gang around.
