From the June 30 PR: SSMG and WSRC will immediately commence the 90-day permitting process to obtain a five-acre disturbance permit on the 640 acre development site on which to build a $10 million, 100 ton/day Pilot Processing Plant...The Sage Hen claims will be placer mines.

From Nevada Govt Website: Nevada State law (NRS 517.100) requires that within 90 days after posting the notice of location, two copies of a map showing the placer claim must be prepared and filed with the County Recorder along with two copies of the certificate of location.

From BLM: As established by Section 314 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), as amended, claims and sites must be recorded with the proper BLM state office within 90 days of the date of location and recorded with the proper county in accordance with their requirements.

This might explain not seeing the claims yet online. They have 90 days from the end of June to prepare and file with NV and BLM. This 90 day deadline would be around the end of Sept. Interesting that the wording in the PR says that the claims "will be" placer mines. To me that wording suggests that the claims are in the process of being filed. Just trying to put the pieces together.
