I worked on a natural gas pipeline back in the 70's and came through TEXAS and Louisiana. One thing we found out very quick was a real coon ass either liked you or he did'nt. They worked Hard all week but partied all week end. I ate my first barbequed GOAT that summer and crawfish and gumbo. They really know how to enjoy life. Had a fun summer that year! That atchefala (SHAFLI) River was fun but never learned how to spell it. LOL We had 2 pipelines that span the river and 2 under it. First coffee I got they said dark or light and I thought they ment with cream or without. WRONG! Could have run on that cup of coffee all day. Monday should be fun! GLTY GLTA
