Normally i would say "no comment". But since you asked...

And this in MOO (my opinion only)...

i think it means they aren't going to file to get current ASAP but now they can still trade...ie the brokers will allow you to buy and sell...whereas if they didn't file it they would be out of compliance and you could only sell...and it would go grey...off the pinks....

Doesn't necessarily mean they are going dark or grey...means they don't want to have to file timely...also IMO someone might be scooping up the float just in case their broker won't let them buy in the coming weeks...TDAmer would have only let me sell after the 13th...but now (and somebody correct me if i am wrong) you should still be able to buy not because they came current, but because they filed 15-12g.

Books are probably a mess and it always takes longer and costs more to get their shit together....so stop gap was the 15-12g. Again MOO. i am clueless as to why it spiked today as well...

Anybody else?
