What are you talking about? They are not paying for advertising in shares. You have zero evidence of that and the published share structure denies any substance to your statement. If you don't think they have a govt contract then you shouldn't be here at all and should not be posting here. There is no way that you are invested here and you think they committed fraud about having a govt contract. You just exposed your self now go away.
