So due to missing financials from the prior company, SB has retracted the name change request for now and will be reporting via alternative disclosure through the OTCM service. Only 2 yrs of annuals plus interim quarters were required for this. Current next week, possibly as early as Monday or Tuesday. Everyone can exhale now... stand up and pull those chairs off ur arses!
