Thanks! Been eating walnuts and avocadoes, but the asparagus? yuk. lol.
Have seen a lot of concoctions, such as pureed avocado oil and cottage cheese, I believe it was. Tried it years ago. I know the worse something tastes, the more likely it is to be good for you.

Have eliminated some bad-tasting things, and replaced with some that aren't quite as had. Bitter almonds (apricot seeds) for example. (B-17, laetrile), I take as many as 30 per day, together with walnuts or almonds. Bitter, alright, but have heard many good things.

Also, green tea, and many other NK, natural killers.
