Great choice of yours to reduce refined sugars, especially corn syrup, it's almost in everything we buy. Reduce overall carbohydrates, like pasta, rice, potatoes (chips, etc.), corn (chips etc.) All these food items convert to sugars in your blood stream
Eat clean food. No processed food. Stay out of the frozen food section, period.
Stop eating, hotdogs, bacon, sausage, pork roll. They're full of preservatives and weigh heavily on your immune system. Your body is working overtime to rid itself of all these toxins. I hope this helps and best of luck to you! Oh yeah, go HCMC!
