I am looking at this from a different angle.

First of all whether it is individual or institution and they are showing interest in the company that is positive and any individual that is represented by capital management may not be small retailer like me.

Secondly, I would rather have more investors like that than posters who are trying to instil fear to discourage others for not buying.

I do see you mentioned that who care about 4000 dollars investing, imagine if we have thousands of small investors buying, it can shoot the stock price which is good for the company and for all of us who wanted to see company get current and higher share price.

I welcome all investors whether small or big because that makes my holding more valuable.
