The stock was diluted in the beginning of the year. This recent decline is not due to any increase of the float.
I have screen image of share structure on July 15 and up to now, no change.

Now....what could be happening is the early year dilution was not yet sold into the float. It may have been issued... but only recently being sold onto the market to raise $.
