UR math seems faulty.
With all the share o/s (fully diluted) plus the additional number of options the
feckless management will undoubtedly award themselves, plus the huge dollar
bonuses the inept management will undoubtedly award themselves, plus the
contingent lawyers fees---the amount left for the hopeless shareholders will be small.
The only positive will be if HDC can sue others for the same thing or get retroactive
licensing fees from others. All this of course hinges upon the court win, which is far from certain.
So----do not count your cash just yet.
