Yes fair question. The answer is 1) because very few people know how to link the two together. From the video, you wouldn't know that they already bought the shell $ARAT from Lazar but if you read the 8k and found the company and then the video, it's clear as day 2) most are not willing to slap the ask and run this to $5 to take a position and are bid sitting, but sooner or later that wont work.

All my posts are nothing more than my opinion. Please, do your research of fundamentals, technicals, and due diligence before investing in any stock -especially penny stocks as they are extremely volatile.
