Well other than thinking there is no chance in hell this is going to happen - after listening to that interview - do you realize what it would take for Rufus to come up with a proxy??? Hell the first step is to deal with the default - and he won't even discuss if he has a lawyer!
He is by far the most creative guy when he comes up with stuff like that. Unfortunately, since I have listened to all the subpenny interviews and have heard him give conflicting stories, I can't help but think his lies (? or maybe they are not lies in HIS REALITY) are finally catching up with him. When someone that has done what he has done with this company and has totally screwed over his loyal investors over on HSM - can sit back and laugh and say he can't wait to sit back some day and tell his grandchildren about all this - he definitely is suffering from delusions of grandeur.
I think that Rufus would LOVE to do all the things he said he would do - but his reality , as he keeps referring to, is not REAL.

Think about what this company was suppose to be about in the beginning, the spinoffs of those 14 - 20 subsidiaries and J/V's - do you think that will ever happen?
the best for all and the most likely chance to succed would be to unwind the deal - I am sure there were enough violations that took place to do this, and start all over. the real fight here is for the CULT.

Mike can bring on the Logs and Carbon Credits, Rufus and Ben will brung back them there bonds (rufus already mentined the IPO for 200 - 280 mill for 1 billion in assets) and TUT can cryptically hint about German anti-terrorist weapons.
