S3 ineffective = Fife will not continue to fund bc they cannot promise shares (even at the $10 convert price BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)

CYDY only hold 50mm shares against the $46mm they owe fife, which breaks covenants. Fife can start asking for cash now in addition to shares and there are penalties associated with insufficient coverage.

Q: So with Fife gone, no effective S3, how can Cytoscam keep the pump going?

A: They can't. It is over
