Even a person who said it's a scam said that anyone can open back up a closed mine.

Not without permits, which on Federal land, can take years. And there is no hiding that information - the decisions made by the Feds must be posted and made available for all to see.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
