Probably because its not current and theres no ceo who is able to bring the company current before the sept 28th deadline. Oh also because its going ti be delisted after that date
AND I'd add to those facts -
The simple reality that this is a criminal scam founded via a criminally hijacked shell as perpetrated by a now federally indicted criminal clown who was the supposed first post hijack "CEO" aka Mark Allen Miller who then appointed the next fraudulent supposed "CEO" aka "Bob" who's now a plaintiff in a FL court trying to save his Ohio 2-bit BAR license and avoid being added to a DOJ MN federal indictment !
And those are just the lightweight facts regarding this sham NWGC-a-CON LOL :)
