Hugon, all the CP3 talk is just speculation. The ceo is the largest s/h & is not stupid, if an opportunity arises in the next few weeks/months that will make him wildly wealthy, likely he says yes. Also, not sure about this, but I think the company has to be careful with what they say or do pre cp2 results. FDA, probably as directed by the SEC, came down on lots of small bio techs for too much pre-results hype & stocks going through the roof.
