Epazz financials still show ownership of DeskFlex, Telecorp, K-9 Bytes, and Jadian ? Passley's new scam Ameritek Ventures say supposedly was a merger of Bozki (never did any business or filed any financials), FlexFridge (scam with photoshopped pictures of nonexistent portable fridge) and VW Win Century (Asian multilevel market company that was supposedy created by buying FlexFridge stock because it was fully reporting) all of which were delisted by the SEC for being non-reporting.

I'm curious how a company created by merging multiple companies that already had their securities delisted and posts images to it's web site and discussion board showing a bunch of supposedly existing products, some of which have already proven to be scams, can even issue securities backed by the companies these products represent? Which entity actually owns and operates Telecorp? Epazz or Ameritek? Ameritek's financials show 434 Million shares of stock, $2,000,000 in assets, and $0 revenue.
