It looks like they acquired a transportation brokerage service and a company name with established customers that they are going to retain.

I agree with you and the CEO, this is small potatoes and doesn't seem very material to what a shipping company is expected to do. The financials should be out next week so we shall see if they have expanded the company in Q2.
