I wish the company management could resolve Very Risky "SEC-DELINQUENT-Reporting" problem ASAP since the company has not filed anything for Four Years!
Anyway STTH (19M/750M shares OS/AS) and its peers (AFFL and ORMTQ: "NON-DELINQUENT", 31M/50M and 18M/100M shares OS/AS respectively) are all nice CLEAN shells with the UPDATED Tiny OS! Note, both AFFL and ORMTQ have the Same FIXED FREQUENTLY-UPDATED Tiny SS v.s. STTH has the INCREASED FREQUENTLY-DILUTED Tiny OS and float!
