Well, I know it's COVD and all, but it's only been FOUR Months since JT last pimped that nugget.

While you are at it, and even though no one else on this board cares, much less reads the filings ... How about an update on JT's promised filing to be fully SEC reporting and get the OTC Disclosure out on time.

In addition to the NSAV audit, we will have to file a Form 10 with the SEC to be a fully reporting company. We are also in the process of engaging a securities attorney to draft and file the Form 10 for NSAV. This will be a huge benefit for all NSAV shareholders.

In addition to the NSAV audit allowing us to uplist to OTCQB, it will also allow NSAV to be a fully SEC reporting company for the first time since 2015 and this will allow even more investors worldwide to invest in NSAV and brokers to trade NSAV from around the globe.
