Come on now the process to uplist to NASDAQ takes much longer then 90 days more like 1 year. Theres an entire process they have to go through and the company has to be set up accordingly in order for the SEC to consider their application and must go through a thorough financial review, structural review, im not even discuss they must maintain a share price over $4 for 49 days i believe etc etc NOT BASHING BUT THE FACTS ARE IMPORTANT $TGGI
