U are smart, but I sold hundred of thousand at 40 plus cents.
That's the top---but I have been in this crap for many many years.
I was poo-pooing the stock because i've been in it for a long time
and it is a piece of sh---t. The management sucks, there are well over
600 million fully diluted share o/s, etc.
Also, a run up based on the outside chance of a patent victory over
mighty intel is far-fetched, although I'd be glad if it happened.
However, after the lawyers are compensated the damages would have to
be huge for there to be anything meaningful left over for the shareholders.
And I suspect the management would issue a huge amount of option
awards as well for their "JOB WELL DONE" and also give out undeserved big bonuses. HA HA HA.
O, by the way, I still have hundreds of thousands of shares to dump and
hope this thing goes back to 40 plus cents.
