LOL!!! Where did you come up with that nonsense?! Look, let's make this simple for "The Folks" out there :

1:53 pm - You go to The Dollar Store.

1:55 pm - You buy...I don't know...a candy bar.

1:56 pm - You see a sign.

2:04 pm - You read the sign. It says "For every 10 candy bars you buy, we will give you one 46" TV for free."

2:10 pm - You read this over several times.

2:15 pm - You place 59 candy bars in your basket.

2:23 pm - You purchase said bars of candy.

2:24 pm - The clerk gives you, for free 5 - 46" TV's.

4:49 pm - After contemplating this transaction, you return 50 of the 59 bars de candy plus the 5 free TV's you received, leaving you with 9 candy bars.

5:00 pm - You leave the store pleased with yourself for not allowing yourself to be scammed into receiving 5 free TV's, thus diluting your candy bar enjoyment.

5:17 - You arrive home and eat a candy bar while watching an empty space on your wall.

The moral of the story? Dollar General has great prices on paper towels.
