From SFIO to Rhonda, For what it's worth, You asked and this as far as I can tell is the latest. I guess take it as it is? I don't have much to say about it except SFIO management is slacking when it comes to past promises not honored concerning updating and promising boat loads of PRs to share holders. Don't like the crap about most money will be coming from the USA. Like I said several times. Good with the Bad, Bad with the good.

Broken past promises are beginning to resemble lies and SFIO management this is not how you gain trust from current Shareholders.

Hi Ronda,

Thanks for forwarding all these concerns. I really
appreciate that you have reached out.
We too have been waiting from Servebank and their
partners (i.e. Attorney) to finalise the RM which I
believe will be ready in few days. We had to finalise

last week the share structure based on the minimum
no. of shares to be added in the AS and the minimum
issuance (OS) necessary to build momentum to
support the projects while maintaining control of the
company.

Ultimately, the US market is our key priority in this
fundraising campaign. However, we are taking the
opportunity to work on Australia, New Zealand, and
Asian investors which will definitely help to gain
exposure which is much needed in our global
expansion plan for SFIO's pilot project, Epiphany Cafe.

Once RM is formalised and communicated, our full
blast fundraising campaign will commence. In terms of

the conglomerate itself, we have put in place the right
structure to enable the strategic expansion. We will
execute our business plan and take calculated steps

moving towards our goals. In reality, this may require
calibration along the way, hence we keep all options on
the table open.
Although we have a detailed roadmap, we're also

aware that a number of things are in play. The bright
future is in the horizon, but we need to work as a team
to achieve a gigantic goal which will bring mutual
benefits to all of us.
