CATV is current at this time on reporting to Over the Counter exchange, and the attorneys letter has been submitted. I have informed Dan Zinn, corporate counsel for Over the Counter exchange that it appears to me that the Caveat Emptor warning should be removed as to help investors make a sound decision regarding investment into this company.
