I see nothing of an RS in the filings today. I think its just an over reaction from social media. Over reaction plays are fun. Sorry to those who lost bad.

If someone could link me that be nice but I dont see it in the filing in which there should have been a proxy statement filed first 14A.

Ms Sally owns 32% of the Common shares which would be in the OS 1.6BN according to the filings located in item 4. under beneficiary owners.

I highly doubt anyone read or can fully understand the filing in its entirety. I can't.

I think a bunch of stops got triggered and people that woke up late got blind sided.
