Everything was going good - VERY GOOD - until around June of 2013 when the previous administration (the CEO, the board and others in 2013) did a mass dilution, stole all that stock, sold it and stole all the money. I believe it was over 0.02/share and then went down to 0.0045 and a few months later was in the triple zeros then down to 0.0001.

This is my memory when I stopped watching the stock until around the middle to late 2020 when it went back to 0.01.

How many of you out there remember the run in 2013 then down to 0.0001????
