I jut sent this to their attorney who is listed on OTC Markets as their securities counsel. Sending this to every penny stock I am invested in (I should send to them and their transfer agent as well):
Hi Attorney Magri,
You are listed as the securities counsel for Ecosciences, Inc. (ECEZ). Please advise if/when this company will bring their required SEC filings current before the SEC prevents US brokers from allowing trades in this stock effective September, 2021. You and the company owe it to the investors.
