And it doesn't have to be for this stock to still hit big money. There are 3 companies with vaccines whose price shot up and even then we had a lack of vaccines to go around for quite some time. Furthermore, the vaccines aren't even FDA approved and are showing to be less effective against the Delta variant.

There is plenty of opportunity for several companies and treatments to be very successful. Hell none of them even need to be full on cures, merely being effective at reducing hospitalization, death and adverse effects would be hugely valuable. This doesn't need to be a miracle cure to jump the price to dollars. As long as it is an effective treatment this will be more than worth dollars per share.
