They need to dilute to get $$ for manufacturing. Just wait until they get a few million in payments after delivering some of the big orders. They will be able to easily buyback half of the current float.., we don’t need to be a genius to figure that out. Wait for it, is coming and will take ALL naysayers by surprise!!, because PPS will skyrocket. In the meantime investors just need to wait patiently and have the stomach for that. In my opinion it should happen soon!!
