Reading through the Q, my eyes always go back to the Royalty agreement they signed with a shareholder in 2003. The shareholder invested $4M in the company in agreement to receive a 3% perpetual royalty on all sales. What idiotic moron put this deal together??? They should be fired if they are still with the company. WTF were they thinking?

I will give them $4M tomorrow for a perpetual 3% royalty.

They should have taken the filter on Shark Tank. Kevin would have gotten his royalty deal, and this company would have at least been at the $100M+ mark in revenue through the advertising Kevin's team would have done.

What a stupid mistake.
