Just saw this post. When I last spoke to ETRADE they said they were "worthless". But I have to call them back with new information. The number assigned to them in my broker account is the CONTRA CUSIP number but according to Pacific Stock Transfer the COMMON CUSIP number is #64112L203 and was told to give them THAT number.

It APPEARS that Jake HAS won his latest lawsuit, by default (again) against Tilton/NSAV but have to wait for the particulars to come out. I figure (perhaps incorrectly!) that if Jake couldn't trade HIS shares (thus the lawsuit) and we can't trade OUR (dividend) shares then there might be a similar reason why. But then, that we BOTH are dealing with ETRADE might matter also. Case in point. It seems that NOBODY can buy NSAV shares with TDA but most every other broker people can. Perhaps that we are dealing with ETRADE is the problem, or at least PART of the problem? I'm already in the process of switching to Fidelity.
