I like to think that is true but it may linger until 2022...hope not. They are working with ANP without any doubt. I believe the only thing holding completion up is the forming of a "new Company" to merge into ANP and the paper work associated with the tri merger which involves stock, responsibilities, organization chart, who gets to sign checks...etc.
