Leaving this company at this time would appear to be odd timing, but not weird. No one knows their personal circumstances. At this time, you're pretty clueless if you're not aware of stock options being offered at the time of employment, or extended for a specified period of time after you leave a company. It may look similar to a deferred compensation clause after a contract has run its course. How do you think all these profession sports teams pay those players $100M's of dollars? It may have a similar structure or result like a pension or annuity. Thank you Bobby Bonilla.

Again, you need to better understand generic employment incentives, as they would apply to this investment and the myriad of terms in "free agency."
