You're flat out incorrect. MDT does not, and can not control ANY aspect of actions by the BOD. It is completely contrary to the fiduciary duties of any officer of TMDI. As such, any activity (any action) that would meet the definition of a material event is required to be made public information.

MDT has an attendant permitted during TMDI BOD meetings. With the stipulation that they be excused during discussions that would be competitive in nature or compromise lawyer/client privilege.

Where did you read they control the BOD? WOW. Please, read the agreements.
