You can (try) to open and account with Interactive Brokers and when applying check on trading facilities for Germany. You can buy IMNP at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. I am trying to open one but the process is a bit complicated and they ask 1,001 questions... I already told them I was not in any sexual predator list and could supply them with my latest blood tests.. !! LOL
