No it's not. Yesterday people with shares in TDA and ETrade accounts weren't able to sell. Today TDA people got their shares and some are selling. At some point ETrade people will get their shares too. The increase in share price was due to the very limited supply yesterday. Now we're settling back down around .02 which is probably where we'll stay until we see additional filings.
