As a construction industry veteran I will tell you there is NO boom anywhere out there! Tell me where? It is a lie !

All products are so over inflated even my brother in Pentagon says his boss (a General) had his own builder put kaybash on building plans due to exhorbinant costs, and product limitations out there.

To go further James Hardie (an Ireland Corp) also is NOT manufacturing its product lines at all like before. ONLY a simple basis smooth siding- their entire Dream Collection product line out of manufacturing...

We find only (1) US door manufacturer even manufacturing entry doors (MMI) and that is out of Michigan. But everything you buy, is then only put into manufacturing. NO excess stock anywhere. We have waited 6-10 weeks just to get standard entry prehung doors... I can't get paid if I do not complete my work for my customers...

This is NOT a booming economy by any means..

Couple that with rent moratoriums finally ending, so many never paid any stimulus $$$ onto rents or mortgages- what do you think is going to happen out there? Biggest land grab by US banks...
