I beg to differ there THall, Share structures are about the same, but ICNM is tardeing a whole lot thinner than RETC I know the PPS is higher than RETC so if really a bloated pig as you suggest we should have MM's holding 30 and 50 million BID and ASK to compensate, and ICNM has been updating OTC markets everyday since I've been here and it hasn't changed so where is all the so called dilution NADA, NONE, ZILCH... remember its all about the story... (JMO) and I'm glad I own ICNM...
