People want alternatives. But there are few alternatives since the big boys control the fast food industry and the food outlets. It appears this is about to change. I like ribs and burgers but will try a new product and mix in a new alternative food product into the diet, if the product is healthier and tastes good. But there are also millions of meatless folks out there that this will immediately appeal to. Food taste, marketing, branding are key.
