The buyback is to apologize for being too late to become pink current on time, trying to retain TDA investors past August 13, doesn’t matter whose fault it is, effect on SP is negative leading up to that date as TDA Investors bail out, no reason to trust a ceo who regardless of the audit excuse couldn’t get it done, timing trumps big ideas, all imo
